How to register? 

• Click on ‘create an account’ link in Login Box.
• Type your name, desired username, valid email and password.
• You will get activation link in your email provided. Don’t forget to check your junk mail folder if you have activated spam protection.
• Click on the activation link. This is required because we want to make sure that you are the real owner of the email provided.
• Log in using your username and password.

Sign-up with Facebook
1. Click on "connect with facebook" button

2. click on allow button once you are sign-in with facebook account.

3. You can create new account by entering username, passowrd and confirm password.

4. If you are already registered in peopleboat, you can enter your username and password and click on "login button"

Now you can start writing and posting your articles. Once you Login using your user name and password, you will see the following user menu.

My Profile: Use this menu to change your password.

Submit an Article:  Use this menu to submit your article.

How to post your article? You must register to post an article in PeopleBoat.

• Login using your username and password.
• Click on Submit an Article link on user menu.
• Type heading of your article
• Type your contents. You can type in word or any editor and paste in the editor.
• Insert Picture as you like.  (Users/Writers are responsible for the copyright of they pictures they insert. PeopleBoat will remove pictures if any complaints are filed with us)
• The publishing and Meta data fields are optional.
• Click on submit button.

How to insert Picture in articles?

Uploading picture from hard drive

• Click on  ‘Insert/Edit Image’ button on the top of the editor.
• Select picture from the list or upload the picture by clicking  ‘upload’ button.
• Click on  button to select file from your hard drive and give location.
• Click on ‘upload’ button
• Close upload box
• Click on  ‘Insert’ button at the right corner
• Now change  the ‘Properties’  See Preview displayed at the right corner
  • Change Dimension to resize the display of your picture ( Ideal size : type 300 in the first box and check mark on proportional ) 
  • Change alignment to make it left, right or center of the text. 
• Finally click on ‘Insert’ button at the bottom.

Inserting already uploaded pictures

• Click on  ‘Insert/Edit Image’ button on the top of the editor.
• Select  picture from the lists displayed
• Click on  ‘Insert’ button at the right corner
• Now change  the ‘Properties’  See Preview displayed at the right corner

  • Change alignment to make it left, right or center of the text. 
• Finally click on ‘Insert’ button at the bottom.

How to display your avatar (my picture) on articles and comments?

Login to PeopleBoat using your username and password. On user menu go to 'Edit My Profile'. Under Portrait tab select "upload my new profile image".  Browse your picture location and upload your favourate Avatar.
